At Shoptalk Therapeutic Services, LLC, we appreciate your support of our mission. Because many of our items are made-to-order and produced in small batches, please review our return policy carefully.

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@shoptalktherapeuticservices.com with your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
